I am a research associate in the junior research group CIMT focused on the effects of citizen participation on political decisions for the sustainable transformation of the transport sector. In this context I am working on my doctoral degree focusing on the effects of public participation processes on the quality of planning decisions and the implications for sustainable development.

From 2010 to 2017, I studied urban and regional planning at the Technical University Berlin and the University of Buenos Aires. In my master thesis, I investigated the mobility of marginalized women living in slums, looking at the case of an informal settlement in Argentina. Until 2019 I then worked as a transport planner for traffic analyses and sustainable mobility concepts at an engineering firm in Berlin.
